Pachino is famous for its tomatoes, which are among its main economic resources, and for its high quality wine production. This little town also has 8 kilometres of coast and some beautiful beaches – Lido and Cavettone Morghella on the Ionian coast and Carratois (also known as Cuffara) on the Mediterranean side.
Pachino has a number of historical landmarks and archeological sites, and is home to the little fishing village of Marzamemi.
